We have two bulk shipment dates to ensure that you get your box as soon as possible:

1. The first batch of deliveries goes out by the 15th of the month. Included in this batch are all subscription orders purchased before the 10th of the same month (including renewing orders).
2. The second batch, for all orders purchased between the 10th of the month and the last day of the month, will ship by the 3rd day of the next month.

We ship out from West Jordan, Utah. The further away, the longer the delivery will take, but it shouldn't be more than two weeks for anywhere in the U.S. -Canadian boxes typically arrive 2-3 weeks after the ship date. International boxes may take up to 6 weeks to arrive but typically take around 3-4 weeks.

No need to sit by the door and wait for the delivery, we'll email you a tracking number for reference. If you see that the tracking status is not updating, or for any other shipping concerns, please write to support@vegancuts.zendesk.com.
