When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise noted in the "Shipping information" section of the product page, it may take up to 7-10 business for your order to ship. Whenever possible, our vendors ship much earlier. We understand 7-10 business days may be longer than you are used to waiting. Some vendors require this length of time due to the influx of orders they receive, especially when they make products by hand. Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping method used by each vendor.


I haven't received an email to confirm you received my order. Did you get it?

There are two ways you can double check to see if we have your order. You can check your PayPal account or bank statement to see if the transaction is listed in your history, or you can login to your Vegan Cuts account to see if it's listed under your account history. You will also receive a confirmation email from us.


Your website is telling me I don't have an account... but I get your emails. Shouldn't I have an account? What's up?

You can subscribe to receive our email updates without creating an account. You'll only need an account if you want to buy a product. When this time has come, you can create an account. Chances are, if you haven't purchased a product or voucher from us before, you don't have an account yet. If you're trying to login and our website is telling you that your email address is invalid, you don't have an account with us (or you're typing in your email wrong).


I bought several awesome products from the Vegan Cuts Market but they all arrived at different times. Why is this happening? Who exactly is shipping these products?

All products are shipped directly from the vendors who make them. So, for example, if you order a necklace from Christy Robinson and facial moisturizer from MuLondon at the same time, your necklace will ship from Dallas, Texas and the moisturizer from London, UK. The transit time of your shipments will depend on the location of the marketplace vendors and the shipping methods they choose.


What happens when I follow a company?

Thanks for asking! This is a new feature we're really excited about. When you follow a company, you'll be subscribed to receive notices about any new offers they have available to Vegan Cuts members. This will make it easy for you to stay up to date with offers from the companies that are of most interest to you.


What is the Love List all about?

Click the heart beside the products you like on our website and they'll be added to your love list. From your Vegan Cuts account you can view your Love List, making it easy to come back and find the products that you are of the most interest to you.


Why don't you ship to Canada?

Vegan Cuts doesn't have a warehouse where we can hold all of the products we have listed on the website. Each vendor ships directly and most of the vendors who are featured on Vegan Cuts are small, independent and based in the United States. Shipping to Canada can be quite expensive and many vendors don't have the resources to ship internationally. Luckily, we do have some vendors who can ship to Canada. To find them, you use the “ships to” filter on the Shop page and category pages.


I really want to buy that super cool product you're featuring but live outside of the United States. Is there anyway I can still buy it?

We try our best to work with our partners and encourage them to make their products available to Vegan Cuts members in Canada (our HQ is in Canada and we know being excluded sucks) and around the world. This isn't always possible due to the paperwork involved and the high shipping fees charged by mail carriers. We have no plans to expand to fulfil international orders in the near future. If a product isn't listed as being available in Canada, it is not available to ship to Canada - please don't write us to ask because we already feel really bad about our lack of Canadian options. We're working on it.


I'm not happy with my purchase :( Can I return or exchange it?

All products sold through Vegan Cuts are "final sale." Typically, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you're really unhappy with your order, please email us and we can connect you directly with the supplier to talk about a possible solution.


OMG I'm so sad! I received the wrong product / wrong quantity of products / a damaged package. What can you do to make me happy again!?

We're so sorry to hear this bad news! Please give us a chance to work with our partner and make things right. Email us and we'll work out a solution for you.


Who's working behind the scenes at Vegan Cuts?

Vegan Cuts was co-founded by John & Jill, a vegan couple from Canada. John makes the website look pretty. Jill spends countless hours per day scouring the internet for awesome vegan products you haven't heard of yet. John and Jill work with a small team of talented writing, design, web development, and sales professionals to keep everything running smoothly. When does the Snack Box ship?

Snack Boxes get packed and shipped once per month during the third or fourth weekend. The estimated date will be listed on the purchase page, but it will typically be between the 17th and the 25th depending on the month.


How long it take for my Snack Box to arrive?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail from Syracuse, NY. Those of you in the Northeast should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one week for anywhere in the US.


Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship anywhere! APO addresses (US Military) are no extra charge. We ship to Canada & Mexico for $8 extra, and to any other country for $15 extra. Since Canadian, Mexican, or military postal services are involved, it takes considerably longer to receive your Snack Boxes (up to 3 weeks). Please be sure to buy the Canadian or International plan!


What's in the Snack Box?

Each box typically includes 7-10 vegan products (sometimes more!), ranging from sweet treats to household fun stuff. If you drool over the products we feature in our marketplace, then you'll love what's inside our box. Our boxes usually contain 80% gluten-free products. Everything is 100% vegan, that means no animal products of any nature including honey. We've also decided not to include any products that contain palm oil. All beauty care products are vegan and cruelty-free.


Can you make my box soy/corn/gluten/sugar free?

Unfortunately we can't cater to any additional allergies, food sensitivities, or preferences right now, though we hope to offer allergy-free options in the near future. Typically, 80% of the products in each snack box are gluten-free.


Can I send the Snack Box as a gift?

Yes, please click here to buy the snack box as a gift for a loved one. If you’re buying for someone in Canada, please use these links for one, three, or large-6-month gifts.


Why was I charged an extra $0.50?

As we're a Canadian company, some credit cards charge a 1% - 3% fee to process payment. Please be aware that this is up to your credit card company and not us.


How can I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Log in to Vegan Cuts and click on "Your Account", and then "Snack Box" to view the cancellation option. If you've already paid for a box and wish to cancel, you'll still receive the box you've paid for unless you contact us by the 12th of the month OR within 1 business day of the charge.


How can I ship to a different address than my credit card billing address?

You can change your delivery address by logging on to Vegan Cuts and click on "Your Account", and then "Snack Box". The address field is on the right. Please keep in mind you must change your address by the 17th of the month for it to count for that month!


Where is My Account?

You can login to your account here. If you can't find your password, please click here to get a new one. Your login is the same email you used to sign up for your snack box subscription, and the email we send updates to when your monthly payment is received and your box is shipped.
